Internal soil pipe leak
Topline were brilliant, professional, very helpful and sorted out my leaking pipe issue (it was a blockage). I also have further issues that Wayne gave me advice about. Once this is resolved I will have another conversation with Wayne and hire him to adjust the main bathroom for my disability needs. Since hiring Wayne from Topline, when speaking with another local plumber I’ve used before, he told me he wouldn’t have touched it. Thank you Wayne, I’ll be in touch soon.

Leak from bathroom
Absolutely brilliant from the start. Wayne was friendly and polite.
He told me exactly what he was going to do and explained why. Gave quote at a really good price and was able to carry out the work within a couple of days.

Toilet cistern not filling with water
Best tradesman I’ve ever had by far and I’ve had some brilliant ones at that.
Put the job on here at 6pm last night and by 7pm Wayne had messaged to arrange meeting for the next afternoon.
You could tell Wayne was going to be a respectful guy when he put shoe protectors on when in the property before he started rather than some tradesman who just walk straight onto carpet with dirty footwear.
Came round at 12ish and was done by 2pm. It was a ball ache of a job but Wayne never charged any extra than what he quoted even after the offer of covering any additional cost because of the issue being bigger than expected.
As it was an internal cistern and the last plumber who installed didn’t fit it correctly Wayne had to take the whole top resin sink off the unit to get to the problem part as well as take the bowl out too. Wayne hoovered any water than had spilled and once the sink United was fitted back on he re siliconed it and cleared up all any last bit of mess that was made. You wouldn’t even know he’d been!
Top quality tradesman! Will definitely have for any future jobs.

Leaking pipes behind toilet
It’s rarely said that someone has worked above and beyond, but the professional done a great job. Not only finding and fixing the leak that he quoted for, but also cleaning up after himself and checking for other issues.
If I ever had any other plumbing issues then it’s good to know that I now have a tradesman that I can rely on! Top Notch.
